Menu : Food Preparation

We prepare our food with only the best quality meat, chicken and fish.

The vegetables we use are always fresh and of the highest quality.

All the spices and herbs we use are freshly ground and quality assured.

We do NOT cook any dishes in advance, to keep them warm in ovens or storage units for reheating, therefore all our final dishes are prepared to your order only with all food being cooked daily and checked and quality assured by our Executive Chef.
All our chefs are high class and chosen with great care, are trained by us to ensure they deliver to our recognised standards and quality and are regularly assessed to guarantee they continue to maintain those standards.

Because all dishes are prepared to order, at busy times food can take up to 45 minutes to reach your table.
Please remember too that each of our chefs cooks in their speciality area and therefore some orders will be ready quicker then others.
